abstract | To provide a functional material layer forming composition and a forming method of a functional material layer that form the functional material layer with constant quality for a long term when forming the functional material layer by using a discharging device; a manufacturing method of a fuel cell using the forming method; and an electronic apparatus and an automobile that provide the fuel cell obtained by the manufacturing method of the fuel cell as a source of supply. The functional material layer forming composition makes a component member noncorrosive by adding a predetermined amount of base to the solution of a strong-acid functional material, and the forming method of the functional material layer for applying the composition to a substrate by using the discharging device are provided. The manufacturing method of the fuel cell is constituted such that at least one either a first or a second reaction layer of the fuel cell having a first current collection layer, the first reaction layer, an electrolyte film, the second reaction layer, and a second current collection layer is applied with the composition by using the discharging device. The electronic apparatus and automobile are provided with the fuel cell obtained by the manufacturing method of the fuel cell used as the source of electric power supply. |
