abstract The present invention relates to provide blending solution, emulsion, gel and its producing method, which is characterized in that have uniform dispersion feature or great long stability of dispersion and have excellent properties when used as the cosmetics, according to the nanofiber dispersion which is not ruled for the shape or polymer, could be applied and spreaded broadly, and the dispersion of the single fiber diameter is small. Furthermore, the present invention provides a synthetic paper which has small porous area made of the fiber and the porous diameter is uniform, and the method to produc the same based on the nanofiber dispersion. The present application relates to the blnding solution, emulsion, gel, synthetic paper which the number-average diameter is 1 to 500 nm and the Pa (the sum of the single fiber ratio) is more than 60%.
