abstract | An aluminum electrolytic capacitor wherein an anode foil to which an anode lead is connected, a cathode foil to which a cathode lead is connected, and a separator are wound together, a capacitor element impregnated with a driving electrolyte is contained in a metal case of a bottomed tube, the opening of the metal case is closed by a sealing body, and the leads are bent along the outer surface of the sealing body. The aluminum electrolytic capacitor is characterized in that the sealing body is formed of a rubber composition containing a rubber component the main component of which is butyl rubber produced by crosslinking isobutylene-isoprene copolymer having 1.2 to 2.5 mol% of degree of unsaturation is crosslinked with alkylphenol formaldehyde resin and 100 to 200 parts by mass of reinforcing material based on 100 parts by means of the rubber component and in that the Wallace hardness conforming to the international rubber hardness (IRHD) of the rubber composition is 80 Hw or more, and the tensile elastic modulus at the solder reflow temperature is 4 N/mm2 or more. |
