titleOfInvention | Imitated hard wood building material made of disposed plastic raw material and method for making the same |
abstract | This invention relates to an imitated hard wood building material made of disposed plastic raw material and method for making the same. The method includes the steps of: grounding disposed phenolic resin sheets into powder; mixing the powder with recycled plastic or new plastic, such as PE, PVC, PP, PS, ABS, PET, OPP and PMMA; subjecting the mixture to blending, granulating and injection, extruding or centrifugal molding to obtain the imitated hard wood building material with beautiful and natural log-like wood grains, high rigid strength, low density and low cost. Most significantly, the building material is a material having fireproof, nonflammable, low smoke, low toxic, and electrical insulated characteristics. It can be recycled for repeated uses. The invention uses disposed phenolic resin sheets as the raw material, which is then mixed with recycled plastic, such as PE, PVC, PP, PS, ABS, PET, OPP and PMMA that has been subject to recycling treatment. The raw materials are with low costs. This invention can recycle disposed wastes for recycling purpose so as to significantly reduce consumption of logs; this invention provides highly environmental protection benefit and economic values with high utility. |
