abstract | A method for obtaining porcine bone marrow haematopoietic cells (BMHC) used for dendritic cells (DC) In-Vitro Differentiation comprises the following steps: anesthetizing and anatomizing a alive pig for obtaining a intact long bone; drilling in a neck portion near a trochanter of the long bone; cutting the long into two half bone from its central portion; injecting a buffer solution into the half bone via the drilled position to rinse a bulk of bone marrow cells away from the half bone; clutivating the purified and quantified bone marrow cells in a first cell culture medium in-vitro; and cultivating the bone marrow cells in a second cell culture medium so as to differentiate it into a bulk of predetermined dendritic cells. |
