Composite particle and dispersion |
abstract |
The present invention relates to produce a composite particle (sphere particle) with organic solid component (A), in which that the particle shape dispersion phase is made of the organic solid component (A) containing plural organic solid material (resin etc.) and the assistant component (B) is eluted from the dispersion which is made by dispersing the matrix containing water-soluble assistant component (B) with at least oligosaccharide (B1). The said plural organic solid material could have different affinities to the assistant component (B). The particle could have a core-shell structure which is made of a core part containing the first organic solid material (hydrophobic resin etc.) and a shell containing the non-soluble second organic solid material (hydrophilic resin etc.) in the said organic solid material. The ratio (weight ratio) of the organic solid component (A) and assistant component (B) could be (A) / (B)=55/45~1/99. According to the above method, the composite particle (core-shell type particle etc.) corresponding to the dispersion phase could be easily produced regardless of the affinity between the dispersion phase and the matrix or the polymerization method for producing resin. |
