abstract This invention relates to an injector of injection system for nuclear radioactive medicament and automatic feeding device for physiological saline cartridge, comprising a injector supplying module having a plurality of disposable injectors arranged in a line, capable of supplying a disposable injector each time under the control of an injector feeding mechanism; a physiological saline cartridge module having a plurality of physiological saline cartridges arranged in a line, capable of supplying a physiological saline cartridge each time under the control of a physiological saline cartridge feeding mechanism; a movable dispensing and injecting mechanism for picking up a disposable injector supplied by the injector feeding mechanism and performing medicament drawing and dispensing at the dispensing location to draw out the radioactive medicament from medicament bottle, then, moving the disposable injector from the dispensing location to the injecting location, and injecting the radioactive medicament drawn to a physiological saline cartridge supplied by the physiological saline cartridge feeding mechanism at the injecting location; a disposable inserting component capable of inserting into the medicament discharging end of the physiological saline cartridge through a needle inserting opening, so as to supply out the physiological saline and radioactive medicament of the selected physiological saline cartridge through the medicament discharging end.
