abstract A syringe device is equipped with a piston (3) constructed to be inserted slidably in a closed-end tube-shaped cylinder (2) having a fluid port (2b) in order to define a sealing space, and is used for a liquid-preparating device having a driving mechanism for making the piston move in the direction of axis thereof. The piston (3) includes a piston rod (3a), an elastically deformable tube-shaped sealing member (6) made of fluororesin containing carbon having an outside diameter size slightly smaller than the inside diameter of the cylinder, a fixing mechanism 4 and 5 for deforming the sealing member and fixing the sealing member 6 to a tip of the piston rod (3a) at a deformed state to the inner wall (2E) of the cylinder (2), So that the sealing space is defined by the deformed sealing member (6).
