abstract A device generating hot-airflow plasma is provided for disinfection. The device is constructed by a high resistive layer for limiting a plasma-generating unit to operate at the specific current values, and to avoid arcing discharge during discharge process. Furthermore, while the plasma-generating unit is producing plasma, the high resistive layer would release heat through the temperature difference caused by relatively large product value of high resistance and square of current. Thus, the device provides hot-airflow plasma via a fan to carry both plasma and hot airstreams for disinfection and drying at the same time.
