titleOfInvention Producing method of lactone based polyester unsaturated monomer having a terminal carboxylic group
abstract The present invention relates to a method for producing lactones series polyester unsaturated monomer containing terminal resides which can be produced by low cost and with substantial quality. The present invention is the method for producing lactones series polyester unsaturated monomer containing formula (1) which is characterized in that the carboxyl-containing radical group polymeric unsaturated monomer and ring lactones was added water of 1~50 weight by part based on the 100 weight by part summing up of the carboxyl-containing radical group polymeric unsaturated monomer and ring lactones, reacting by using the acidic catalyst under the normal pressure, following the dehydration was took place under the conditions of decreasing pressure and low de-boiling, the ester bond between the lactones oligomer and carboxyl-containing radical polymeric unsaturated monomer was form by the bypass water produced by adding the water, to decrease the carboxyl value low than 5.0mg KOH/g. , (in formula, R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7 represented the substitutents selected form hydrogen atom, substituted or non-substituted C1-10 alkyl, substituted or non-substituted aryl, substituted or non-substituted alkoxycarbonyl, substituted or non-substituted alkoxy, substituted or non-substituted aryloxy, halogen atom, n is the integral number of 1 to 7, m is the integral number of 1 to 100).
