The object of this invention is to provide a method of inhibiting a water content variation of composition; a composition having its water content variation inhibited; and a water content variation inhibitor for composition. In particular, a method of inhibiting a water content variation, comprising loading a composition with an α, α-trehalose sugar derivative as an active ingredient; a composition having its water content variation inhibited, which composition contains this sugar derivative; a water content variation inhibitor comprising this sugar derivative as an active ingredient; and use thereof attain the object. |
