abstract The present invention relates to a method of microwave-assisted protein array fabrication and detection time. After a protein is dripped, using an arrayer, on the surface of a slide coated with an aldehyde polymer, a microwave heating technique is used to rapidly immobilize the protein on the surface of the slide. In order to avoid the occurrence of non-specific background signals, the produced protein array achieves a rapid blocking function by using a skim milk solution, together with a microwave heating. Next, a rapid detection result is obtained from the highly sensitive protein array. Furthermore, the present invention also relates to applying the method of microwave-assisted protein array fabrication and detection on a fully automatic protein array system.
