titleOfInvention | Matte heat-curable silicone ink composition and method for the preparation of matte surface |
abstract | This invention provides a matte heat-curable silicone ink composition, which can form excellent matte coating by heat curing and can be applied for printing on substrate surface (particularly for silicone rubber molded article surface), and a method for forming matte surface. The matte heat-curable silicone ink composition is characterized in comprising 0.1-10 wt% of heat expandable hollow thermoplastic resin powder with a heat expansion initiation temperature within 80 and 180 DEG C, and pigment; wherein the composition has a gloss below 10. The method for forming matte surface is characterized in coating the invented matte heat-curable silicone ink composition onto the substrate surface and curing within 120 and 230 DEG C. |
