A graft-modified organic porous material having a continuous pore structure, which comprises interconnected macropores and mesopores with a radius of 0.01-1,000 μm in the walls of the macropores, and having a total pore volume of 1-50m1/g, the surface of the organic porous material having grafted polymer chains at a density of at least 0.1 polymer chain/1 nm<SP>2</SP> of the surface area. A graft-modified organic porous material having grafted polymer chains introduced into the surface in a high density and a method for preparing the graft-modified organic porous material can be provided by the present invention. |
