abstract | The present invention provides a dendritic cell for sieving a medicine for anti-C-type hepatitis virus infection, which particularly uses a Sip-L-expressing cell for continuously infecting and propagating C-type hepatitis virus and generating an adapted mutant virus. Using such an adapted mutant HCV virus as an infection source, the Sip-L expressing cells can be used for novel anti-HCV drug screening. |
