abstract | The present invention is related to a water-repellent and oil-repellent aqueous dispersion composition, comprising: (A) a fluorine-containing polymer; and (B) a non-ionic surfactant, which is a copolymer having a structure wherein the polyoxyalkylene block (wherein said alkylene has 3 or more carbon atoms) exists outwardly with respect to the polyoxyethylene block, accordingly said polyoxyalkylene block at the outer side of the molecule and said polyoxyethylene block at the inner side of the molecule. The water-repellent and oil-repellent aqueous dispersion composition according to the present invention, compared to the previous water-repellent and oil-repellent aqueous dispersion compositions, is more excellent in water-repellent and oil-repellent properties as well as in processing stability. |
