The present invention provides a polymer compound comprising the repeated units represented by the formula (1) or (2) and the number average molecular weight of such polymer compound is from 103 to 108 converted by polystyrene. (wherein, Ar1 and Ar2 represent each independently a 3-valented aromatic hydrocarbon group or a 3-valented heterocyclic group. X1 and X2 represent each indenpendently O, S, C(=O), S(=O), SO2, C(R1)(R2), Si(R3)(R4), N(R5), B(R6), P(R7), or P(=O)(R8). X1 and X2 will not be the same. Further, X1 and Ar2 bind to the adjacent carbon on the aromatic ring of Ar1, and X2 and Ar1 bind to the adjacent carbon on the aromatic ring of Ar2).
