A propofol-containing fat emulsion which comprises propofol, an oily component, and an emulsifier and further contains as the stabilizer, e.g., a prescribed amount of a phosphatidylglycerol whose constituent fatty acid components are specified; and a propofol-containing fat emulsion reduced in pains, which is prepared by adding a local anesthetic to the above propofol-containing fat emulsion. |
