abstract The present invention provides an additive for a sanitary napkin. The sanitary napkin includes: a liquid-impermeable base layer, a liquid-permeable surface layer having a periphery combined and sealed with the base layer, and a liquid-absorptive absorption layer located between the surface layer and the base layer. The invented additive is added between the absorption layer and the surface layer, and includes: tea tree extract, anise extract, borneol, actinolitum, and stalactitum, etc. Properties of the additive endow the sanitary napkin with the effects of being bacteriostatic, analgestic, deodoring, fragrance, fresh and cool, antipruritic, soothing, improving constitution of body, etc.
