abstract This invention provides a manufacture method for an aluminum alloy rim, including the production processes of: heating, forge-pressing and forming a given amount of aluminum alloy to make a pre-formed blank of round corner target and an H-shaped pre-formed blank in turn, forging the H-shaped pre-formed blank by the forge-pressing production processes of hole punching and hole expanding thereby turning it into a rough forged blank with expanding holes similar to a rim profile, pre-forging and producing a rough forged blank of expanding holes through the forgeability and malleability of high temperature aluminum alloy blank having the same profile modeling to a rim finished forging mold; placing the high temperature rough forged blank of expanding holes in a pre-heated finished forging mold to forge and form so as to forge and produce a structure for an aluminum alloy rim.
