titleOfInvention | Bio-implant material with an active composite layer containing Ca, P and O and method for producing the same |
abstract | The present invention uses a thermal activation technique to enable Ca, P and O elements to diffuse into the surface layer of a metallic substrate in order to form a bio-implant material with an active composite layer. In the active composite layer of the bio-implant material according to the present invention, P, Ca and O elements are effectively diffused into the oxide film layer on the surface of a metal substrate and into the lattice interstice in the structure of the oxide film layer to form a strong bonding. |
