abstract |
This invention is to provide a method for producing the aromatic diamine derivative represented by general formula (II), which is characterized in that an aromatic halide represented by general formula (I) is dimerized to provide the aromatic diamine derivative (in the formulas, Ar1 and Ar2 are each independently a substituted or nonsubstituted monovalent aromatic group having 5-30 number of nuclear atoms; Ar3 is a substituted or nonsubstituted divalent aromatic group having 5-30 number of nuclear atoms; and X is a halogen atom). The method can efficiently produce an aromatic diamine derivative having many aromatic and/or heterocyclic groups in the molecule in high yield. |
