A gel-form composition for protein and calcium supply which has a pH in the range of 3 to 4 and comprises 3 to 8 wt.% protein or hydrolyzate thereof which does not coagulate at a pH of 3 to 4, 0.1 to 0.5 wt.% calcium, 0.5 to 3 wt.% acidulous additive, 4 to 20 wt.% glucide, 0 to 5 wt.% lipid, 0 to 0.5 wt.% emulsifying agent, 0.1 to 1 wt.% agar, and 65 to 90 wt.% water. |
