titleOfInvention | Solid electrolytic capacitor and a production method therefor |
abstract | The purpose of the present invention is to provide a solid electrolytic capacitor capable of reducing ESR and ESL and being rendered high in electrostatic capacity, and a production method therefor. The solid electrolytic capacitor element (110) comprises a surface-roughened aluminum substrate (2) formed with an aluminum oxide film thereon, and not-surface-roughened aluminum substrates (3a-3d), wherein a cathode electrode (14) consisting of a solid polyelectrolyte layer, a graphite paste layer and a silver paste layer is formed on the surface of the aluminum substrate (2a). The solid electrolytic capacitor element (110) has pairs of lead electrode (18a-18d) consisting of anode lead electrodes (16a-16d) and (17a-17d), so that one pair of electrodes on one side are located adjacent to each other, thereby canceling out a generated magnetic field. |
