titleOfInvention | Novel acidic-and unsaturated-group-containing polyether compound, method for preparing the same and resin composition |
abstract | The invention relates a polyether compound represented by following formula (4), of which comprises a plurality of polymeric unsaturated group and one or more acidic group in a molecule. Upon use of the polyether compound, a resin compositions having high development and sensitivity similar with diluted alkali and being suitable for using in an application of forming a pattern such as solder resist, pigment dispersed resist on a print substrate, as well as a cured material made from curing the same can be obtained. In the formula (4), R is a residual group -RHm-k or a organic compound RHm containing m active hydrogen atoms in a molecule or a group derived from the residual group (wherein m is an integral from 1 to 30 and k is 1 to m); R4~R13 is a hydrogen atom, C1~C10 hydrocarbon group, or C1~C10 hydrocarbon group having a polymeric unsaturated group (wherein the polymeric unsaturated group comprising -OCO-CR3=CR1R2, R1~R2 is hydrogen atom, R3 is a hydrogen atom or a C1~C10 hydrocarbon group, and also may present other group between the hydrocarbon group and the-OCO-CR3=CR1R2); as well as at least one of R4~R13 is a C1~C10 hydrocarbon group having the polymeric unsaturated group; R15 is a residual group of a polybasic acid anhydride; X is -COOH, -PO(OH)a(OR)b or -SO3R (wherein R is hydrogen, methyl group or ethyl group, a is 1 or 0, and a + b =2 ); n is an integral of more than 1, and the sum of n in a molecule is from 2 to 50; and p is 0 while X is -PO(OH)a(OR)b or -SO3R, and is an integral of more than 1 while X is-COOH. |
