abstract |
Provided is an organic electroluminescence element capable of keeping stable lightening property in a long period, comprising a drying agent which can suppressing the growth of dark spot by providing a moisture catcher maintaining layer with a moisture catcher layer which chemically catches moisture. An organic EL element, having a luminescent part of which an organic EL material layer is laminated between a pair of electrodes opposite each other, a glass substrate for arranging said luminescent part, an air-tight container for covering said luminescent part and being made of a package cap mounted on said glass substrate, and an organic EL element having a moisture catching means provided within said air-tight container, is characterized in that said moisture catching means comprises a moisture catcher maintaining layer provided on the inner surface of said air-tight container, and a moisture catcher layer provided on the surface of said moisture catcher maintaining layer. |
