titleOfInvention | Trans-species nucleic acid probe |
abstract | The present invention provides a probe collection having at least four nucleic acid probes. Each probe comprises a segment. The whole segment, under a severe condition, crossbreeds with at least a first gene of a first species and a second gene of a second species, in which the crossbreeding probe crossbreeds with different genes of the first or second species, and the first and second genes are orthologuous to each other. In the embodiments of the present invention, the whole segment is at least 60% (e.g. 65%, 70%, 80%, 90%, or 95%) identical to the first gene and the second gene. |
