abstract |
This invention relates to a manufacturing method of a reduction coenzyme; microorganism cells with the reduction type coenzyme Q10 being 70% or above of the total coenzyme content Q10 is obtained, which is broken into pieces to recover the generated reduction type coenzyme Q10. Moreover, this invention also relates to a manufacturing method of an oxidation type coenzyme Q10; the above-mentioned microorganism cell or broken cells liquid is oxidized to generate oxidation type coenzyme Q10, which is then recovered; or the reduce type coenzyme Q10 recovered from the above-mentioned microorganism cells or broken cell liquid undergo oxidation treatment. According to the invented method, both the reduction type coenzyme Q10 and the oxidation type coenzyme Q10 can be conveniently manufactured in an industrial scale. |
