abstract |
This invention provides dielectric sheet material with high insulation voltage resistance, smooth surface and excellent transparency for forming plasma display panel and its manufacturing method. This invention also relates to the manufacturing method of the dielectric sheet material for forming plasma display panel. The dielectric sheet material for forming plasma display panel of the present invention is made from inorganic dielectric powder to form independent porous sheet material with thickness of 350 μ m; based on the total amount of the dielectric powder and the thermoplastic resin, in a weight percentage manner, the dielectric powder is 40-98% and the thermoplastic resin is 2-60%. Moreover, according the invented manufacturing method of the dielectric layer, the dielectric sheet material for forming plasma display panel is placed onto the surface of the glass substrate with electrode fixed, a hot press adhesion process is carried out at temperature of 80-180 DEG C, the adhesive is removed through high temperature and then sintered (bonding and curing through heating) or molten bonded dielectric layer is formed. |
