abstract On one surface of a glass substrate (2), a first film (3) containing 90 weight % or more of a metallic oxide of at least one kind or more of Zr, Ti, Al, and Si, a second film (4) containing 90 weight% or more of SiO2, and a third film (5) containing 90 weight% or more of a metallic oxide of at least one kind or more of In, Sn, Zn, Sb, Al, and Y are laminated at least in sequence. On the other surface of the glass substrate (2), a forth film (6) containing 90 weight% or more of at least one kind or more of Zr, Ti, Al, and Si, and a fifth film (7) containing 90 weight% or more of SiO2 are laminated at least in sequence.
