abstract The invention relates to isoindoline derivatives and their use in therapy. In particular, the present invention relates to pharmacologically active substituted isoindoline derivatives. More particularly, the present invention relates to substituted 1,3-dihydroisoindolin-2 (1H) -yl derivatives. The compounds according to the present invention are D1 Positive Allosteric Modulators and are suitably useful as pharmaceutical agents for the treatment of diseases in which D1 receptors play a role.
