abstract The present invention relates to irreversible determination of the application of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), which is prohibited to be applied to dried fruits and vegetables. In the present invention, H2O2 indirect analysis was performed by analyzing the activity of peroxidase enzyme, which is one of the effects it creates on the cells, and not directly detecting H2O2.
