Invention, (a) a cationic laundry softening agent in an amount of 8-50% by weight; and (b) based on the total weight of the silicon emulsified with one or more cationic surfactants of a viscosity balance of 25 C or higher, but at temperatures below 40 C, after storage of a perfumed softening composition. It provides a method for improvement by inclusion in an amount of 3.5-15%. In one aspect, the silicon's pre-emulsification viscosity is 10,000-400,000 cSt, preferably 20,000-350,000 cSt, more preferably 25,000-250,000 cSt, and the emulsion is a macro-emulsion. In another aspect, the median droplet size of the emulsified silicone is at least 0.2 µm, preferably at least 0.25 µm, more preferably at least 0.39 µm, preferably not more than 25 µm. |
