titleOfInvention Microgranules insoluble in stomach fluid, process and pharmaceutical preparations for their preparation
abstract The invention relates to gastric insoluble microgranules consisting of an active layer containing an active proton pump inhibitor, excluding omeprazole, and an external layer that provides insolubility in the stomach fluid. The feature of this invention is that the active layer and the layer that provides insolubility to the stomach fluid contain a hydrophobic substance selected to increase the stability of the microgranules and which alkaline compound or any ionic surfactant does not contain.
