abstract |
The invention relates to a process for obtaining L-dihydroorotic acid by chromatography on an anionic exchanger in a base water mixture at a pressure of about 1.1 MPa to about 40 MPa. The process can also be used to investigate the in vitro and in vivo activity of N- (4-trifluoromethylphenyl) -5-methylisoxazole-4-carboxamide, N- (4-trifluoromethylphenyl) -2-Cyano-3-hydroxychrotonamide and similar compounds. |
