This invention relates generally to the process of wiping a gas stream rich in methane maintenance and having a start pressure higher than about 3,100 kPa (450 psia). Natural gas is pressurized with a high temperature of -112 C (-170 F) and a gas phase and pressure expansion suitable for the production of a liquid product, at a pressure below or below the liquid product bubbling point. The gaseous and liquid product are then separated in a suitable separator and the liquid product is poured into suitable storage means for storage at a temperature above about -112 C (-170 F). |
