abstract |
In the framework of the invention, a complexing of LHRH antagonists, especially biophilic carriers suitable for cetrorelix, is targeted to be targeted to be released for several weeks by developing a retard system. To obtain complex with cetrorelix, acidic poly amino acids, poly glutamine acid and poly asparagine acid are selected. Setroreliks poly amino acid complexes are produced by combining solutions from aqueous solutions and subsequently precipitating complexes dried in centrifuge and vacuum with P2O5. It is determined that lyophilisation is a suitable method if it is desired to obtain complex compounds with defined composition. Setroreliks carbon acid complexes were also obtained from aqueous solutions. Acidic poly amino acids showed good retard properties due to hydrophobia and mole weight of poly amino acid in poly-glu and poly-asp statistical liberation system.
