abstract The "coffee Marc", collected, dried, added to organic waste (sawdust, olive cake, wood ash, ...) is an "organic fertilizer" rich in Nitrogen (N), potassium (P ), phosphorus (P) and trace elements. Used "Fresh" by farmers, gardeners, green space operators or, well, by individuals, our "Organic Fertilizer" satisfies all the nutritional needs of crops while preserving the soil. Composting is being studied in order to have a more stabilized organic matter. The addition of horse manure or sheep is expected.
