abstract Indazol tautomers(I; one of R and R1 is H, and the other is H(R2)2; R2 = H, allyl, Me, Et, n-Pr) were prepd. and they were effective in the treatment of Parkinsonism and in the inhibition of prolactin. Thus, the reaction of 4-acetamidocy-clohexanone with HC(OMe)2NMe2 gave 4-acetamido-2-≮(dimethylamino) methylene≉ cyclohexanone, the latter was treated with N2H4 to give I.
