abstract | The method of obtaining 1,4-bis- (trichloromethyl) benzene by chlorinating n-xylene with chlorine at a temperature of 85-115C in the presence of an initiator, azobisisobutyronitrile, and isolating the target product by crystallization from C-C-alkanes, in order to increase the stability the target product, crystalline 1,4-bis- (trichloromethyl) benzene is melted at a temperature of 110-120C, mixed with a 1.5-3% solution of tribenzylhexahydrotriazine in wax, the resulting melt is cooled at a rate of 10-30C / s to a temperature of 10- 15C in the film thickness of 250-1000 microns. |
