titleOfInvention | Process for preparing enzyme preparation of lipoxygenase |
abstract | 1. Process for the preparation lipoxygenase enzyme preparation by submerged culture its producers - fungi of the genus Aspergillus in a culture medium containing as carbon source, soy flour, mineral salts of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, and magnesium, followed by isolation of the enzyme preparation from the culture medium, wherein In order to increase the activity of lipoxygenase, the cultivation of the producers is carried out in the presence of a lipoxygenase inducer - soybean oil in the amount of 2-5 ml per 100 ml tral liquid. 2. A method according to claim 1, characterized in that the cultivation of the lipoxygenase producers is carried out on a nutrient medium, co. holding inductor - soybean oil, soybean flour as a carbon source and mineral salts - sodium nitrate, magnesium sulphate, monosodium potassium phosphate, (L taken, respectively, in quantities, weight: Soybean oil 1-5 8-12 Soybean flour Nitrate 00 0 , 05-0.3 sodium 00 Sulphate 00 Oi magnesium 0.005-0.015 Monosubstituted 4 phosphate 0.05-0.3 to potassium Else Water 3. The method according to claim 1 and 2, characterized in that Aspergillus oryzae is used from the genus Aspergillus 3-9-15 or Aspergtllus awarory - 66, |
