titleOfInvention | PHOTOTHERMOPLASTIC MATERIAL |
abstract | 1. A photothermoplastic material containing a substrate with a conductive layer arranged successively on it, an injection layer comprising selenium with tellurium additive, and a photothermoplastic layer made of poly-N-vinylcarbazole and a thermoplastic polymer, characterized in that, in order to increase the thermal stability of the material, it has an arsenic sulfide layer with a thickness of 0.03-0.1 μm, located between the conductive and injection layers. Material according to claim 1, characterized in that it has an additional layer of arsenic sulfide with a thickness of 0.03-0.1 μm, located between the injection and photothermoplastic layers. |
