abstract |
The invention relates to ophthalmology and can be used in the treatment of VJ02I 3 traumatic cataracts with IOL implantation. The purpose of the invention is to reduce operative and postoperative complications in partially resolved cataracts with local adhesions of the anterior and posterior capsules. The anterior capsule is dissected in places of the lens thickening, the anterior capsule flaps are formed, a sequence of aspiration of the lens masses from the intracapsular synechiotomy is successively performed, then the intracapsular lens is installed into the capsular bag formed, rotating and centering it around the optical axis. |
