titleOfInvention Mining pressure control method
abstract This invention relates to the underground mining of gently dipping ore deposits. The goal is to improve the reliability of the backfill array by eliminating the formation of an outcrop of the hydraulic block during the excavation of secondary strips and reducing the cost of the collapse of roof rocks in the blocks of primary strips. The excavation area is divided into strips of primary and secondary mining. The strips of the first stage are divided in plan into squares — horizontal sections of excavation units — vertical blocks. Vertical blocks adjacent to the secondary strips are worked out with the subsequent laying of them with hardening mixtures. Vertical blocks located inside the primary bands are worked out in a checkerboard pattern with both a hardening tab and a combined one. At the combined laying, the block is first filled with a hydraulic folding and then with collapsed roof rocks, into which hardening mixtures are supplied to the level of contact of the ore body with the covering rocks. The cavity formed as a result of the collapse of the roof rocks is reduced in cross section 2.5-3 times as compared with vertical blocks. Secondary strips for discharge from the reference pressure of the treatment area are worked out with a preliminary collapse of the roof rocks ahead of the boundary of ore blasting. Beating the ore is produced under collapsed roofs, 1 hp f-ly, 2 ill. SO with
