abstract The invention relates to agriculture, namely to breeding and seed production. The purpose of the invention is to increase the level of visibility. The gametocidal composition for millet contains as an active principle a polybromoalkane of the general formula OX2BrCHYR, where X H, Br; Y H Br; R CH2Br, CH2CI, CHBg (CH2) sCH3. The composition contains sodium Cs-Cg-alkyl sulfate as an emulsifier, and a mixture of the potassium salt of n-aminobenzoic acid (PABA) and dioxane as an activating additive. The content of ingredients in the composition, wt.%: The active principle of 1.0-2.0; dioxane 0.5-1.0; PABK 0.1-0.5; emulsifier 1.0-1.5, water - the rest. The composition ensures complete sterility of the pollen of millet plants, while maintaining the viscosity during free pollination at the level of 41-92%. Ztabl. 00 s
