abstract FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to fish farming, in particular to the breeding of plant-based fish and carp. The essence of the method is as follows. Sex products are obtained from manufacturers, then fertilization and degumming of eggs in sucrose solution with a concentration of from 0.9 to 1.1% is carried out, with the ratio of eggs and sucrose solution initially being 1.0: (0.3-0.6) with a gradual increase in the ratio to 1.0: (1.3-1.5).
