titleOfInvention Method for modeling the central dystrophy of the retina
abstract Use: in medicine, namely in ophthalmology, and can be used to simulate central retinal dystrophy. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION: Central retinal dystrophy is induced by irradiating it with fluorescent lamps against the background of activation of lipid peroxidation by giving experimental animals a non-antioxidant diet for 100-120 days. Positive effect: the obtained results show that the proposed method of modeling central retinal dystrophy is adequate to involutional macular dystrophy, as it allows to recreate not only local changes in the retina, but also general changes in the body of patients, which makes it possible to study the complex of pathogenetic mechanisms and the development of methods for the targeted treatment and prophylaxis of this severe common disease. 1 tab. s h y
