titleOfInvention | METHOD FOR EVALUATING A BAY EXPOSURE |
abstract | The invention relates to experimental medicine. Objective: To improve the accuracy of the assessment of radiation damage to the body due to the determination of chromium-51 in the blood and urine. The essence of the method: after exposure to the body by radiation in plasma and red blood cells and urine for 3 days determine the chromium content when it is orally consumed in a cationic form and if it is present only in red blood cells and urinary excretion in an amount of 0.17 ± 0.02% is judged the absence of radiation damage, in the absence of chromium in plasma and red blood cells and an increase in its urine content 1.8-2.3 times, the action of the “emergency” dose is judged, in the presence of chromium in plasma and red blood cells and an increase in its excretion with urine 3.1-3.9 times the dose is judged Ke 1 Gy, in the presence of chromium in blood plasma and erythrocytes and an increase in its excretion in the urine by 5-6.8 times, diagnose the bone marrow syndrome of acute radiation sickness, in the presence of chromium only in blood plasma and an increase in its excretion in the urine by 9, 4 times or more is judged on the intestinal form of acute radiation sickness. Positive effect: the method allows to determine the minimum dose load on the body, it can be used to selectively assess the dose dependence of the process of deamination of chromium glutaminate in the body on the available material and to study the mechanism of its violation. |
