titleOfInvention Inducer of liver monooxygenase system
abstract The invention relates to experimental medicine, in particular to experimental pharmacology and biochemistry, and can be used in the study of the monoxygenase system of the liver. The use of phenobarbital as an inducer of cytochrome-P-450-dependent monooxigenase system of the liver is known. The aim of the invention is to reduce toxicity, eliminate the hypnotic effect, increase the effectiveness of action. 1-oxo-3 feiyl-6-chloro-2,3-dihydro-1H-isoindole is used as an enzyme inducing agent. This compound has less toxicity and reduced hypnotic effect. 1 tab.
