abstract | This invention relates to the field of animal husbandry, namely to forecasting milk production. The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy of the method. Alkaline phosphatase activity is determined at various concentrations of the substrate and the Michaelis constant is found, and the milk productivity is calculated by the formula Y A Bx + 300 (kg / year), where Y is the milk productivity; X is the Michaelis constant; A, B - coefficients obtained by regression analysis. The invention allows for the quick and accurate selection of animals for the acquisition of highly productive herds in the production of milk on an industrial basis. 1 tab. |
